THE RULES OF ORGANIZING AND HOLDING OF AN AUCTION.

These rules are designed for proper regulation of an organization and holding of Auction by NEWSTAR L.P; and regulate the legal relations between participants of Auction (hereinafter — the Rules).

1. 

   TERMS

   1. The Internet Auction. —The parties understand the Internet auction as the virtual project on the website hashing24.com, by means of which each Participant has the opportunity to submit any Bid, but not less than the Starting Price, while knowing the Bids submitted by other Participants of the Auction (hereinafter, the Auction).
   2. Bid — participant's bid for the purchase of the lot. Bidding rates are set in bitcoins.
   3. Lot — the object of bidding in the auction.
   4. The owner of Lot — is a person who owns and manages the object of bidding.
   5. The object of bidding — bitcoin mining contracts purchased at the website hashing24.com
   6. The Organizer of the Internet Auction is NEWSTAR L.P. (hereinafter, the Organizer).
   7. Website — https://hashing24.com/
   8. The bid number — is the unique identification number of the auction participant.
   9. The auction participant — a legally competent individual, who has contractual relations with the Organizer and has the intention to sell or purchase the object of bidding in the auction.
   10. Seller — an auction participant, who has contractual relations with the Organizer and offers the object of bidding for sale in the auction.
   11. Buyer — an auction participant, who has contractual relations with the Organizer and has the intention to buy the object of bidding in the auction.
   12. Starting price — the initial price of the Lot, from which the auction for this lot begins.
   13. The Current Price (The Bid) The Participant’s price for the lot. Bids on the Auction are set in Bitcoins.
   14. The best bid — the highest bid among all the participants of the auction.
   15. Bid increment — is the stated interval for which an auction participant can increase the bid. (1 increment — 0.001 BTC).
   16. Selling price — the price that the buyer ultimately pays for the purchased lot the best bid of the buyer.
   17. Winning bidder — an active participant of the auction, which has won the bidding in accordance with the herein rules.
   18. Organizer's commission — a payment from the seller to the auction organizer for organizing and holding the auction for the sale of the lot, which is determined as a percentage of the auction price of the lot.

2. GENERAL TERMS

   1. The rules herein establish the procedure for the conduct of the auction and are binding for all participants
   2. With the help of the website, the auction organizer provides the auction participants with access to receiving information about the lots for the purpose of further possible purchase and sale of the lot.
   3. The auction participants are the seller and the buyer.
   4. The official language of the auction and all the accompanying documents is the English.
   5. The currency of the sale is chosen by the seller from the list of available currencies.
   6. The price for the submitted lot(starting price) is indicated by the seller.

3. THE AUCTION ORGANIZER

   1. The auction organizer is the “NEWSTAR L.P.”

4. METHOD OF ADOPTION OF THE RULES

   1. Acceptance of these rules as generally binding takes place on the Website in the manner and under the conditions established by these rules. The moment when the user clicks "Submit" button, located at the bottom of this page, is considered to be the moment when the rules come into effect.
   2. The customer gets the opportunity to participate at the auction if he or she verified the account and has/had active contracts for bitcoin mining for the total amount of 500 USD(equivalent in EUR, BTC according to the internal hashing24.com exchange rate) or more.
   3. Changes and/or additions to the current rules are made by placing the relevant changes, additions or new edition of the rules on the website of the auction organizer.
   4. Changes, additions or new edition of these rules come into effect from the date of their placement on the website by the auction organizer.
   5. The consent of the user to the changes, additions or new edition of the rules introduced into the rules is confirmed by the further use of the services of the auction organizer and the user's stay on the Website.

5. PROCEDURE FOR THE CONDUCT OF THE AUCTION

   1. The auction is held in electronic form on-line on the website.
   2. The main goal of the auction participation is purchase/sale of the objects of bidding, represented as lots.
   3. The right to apply for the participation in the auction have individuals which meet the requirements of clause 1.9 and 4.2 of the Rules.
   4. The price increase is carried out in one bid increment according to the clause 1.15 of the Rules.
   5. The date and time of the auction close for every lot is determined by the seller of the auction independently.
   6. An auction for each lot is considered to be completed if the time of the auction expires.

6. RULES OF PURCHASE

   1. The Bid cannot be equal to the previous Bid for this Lot.
   2. Any participant of the auction has the right to bid on several lots if he or she has sufficient funds on the balance.
   3. The bidder(buyer) can’t cancel his bid, the bid can only be increased.
   4. The amount of bid is frozen on the bidder’s(buyer’s) balance till the end of the auction.
   5. After announcement of the auction results, in case the bid was the best bid and won in the auction, the amount of this bid is deducted from the balance instantly, if the bid didn't win in the auction — the amount of the bid gets unfrozen on the balance.

7. RULES OF SALE

   1. The auction period for each lot is determined by the seller: from 1 to 7 days.
   2. The seller determines independently the starting price for the Lot in BTC.
   3. The seller can cancel the lot sale only in case there were no bids made till the moment of cancellation, in other cases lot cancellation is impossible.
   4. The auction organizer collects a commission from the seller for organizing and holding the auction. For each lot, the commission is 20% of the selling price and it’s taken by the organizer at the moment of receipt by the seller the payment for each sold lot.
   5. After the ending of an auction the seller receives an instant payment for its lot in the currency indicated before the sale according to the clause 6.4., minus the organizer's commission according to the clause 7.4.
   6. Automatic cancellation at the end of the auction and in case of no bids.

8. WINNING AN AUCTION

   1. After the end of the auction, the winner of the auction that made the Best bid, (if 2 or more participants offered the highest price, then always win the one who submitted his bid first) comes a notification about winning.

9. ANNOUNCEMENT OF RESULTS

   1. All the participants of the auction receive a notification with the results displayed on the lot:
      • The best bid;
      • The bid number;
      • The date and time of the bid;
   2. The auction for the lot is declared to be closed after announcement of the results.

10. PAYMENT/LOT DISPOSAL

    1. The payment for the lot is carried out automatically by deducting the frozen amount from the balance of the auction winner immediately after the announcement of the results.
    2. The payment carried out by the buyer equals the amount of the selling price.
    3. After the announcement of the auction results for the lot and financial covenant calculation among the auction winner, seller and the auction organizer the transfer of rights to use the lot is carried out.
    4. The lot disposal is carried out the same day after the auction close at 00:00 UTC time.
    5. The next day after the lot sale, the seller receives the mining profit for the previous(last) mining day of his/her contract.
    6. The lot (mining contract) starts working on the day of its disposal to the auction winner at 00:00 UTC. The profit for that mining day will be credited the following day.
    7. The auction results are not subject appeal.
    
    
    

Queste regole sono progettate per la corretta regolamentazione di un'organizzazione e la detenzione di Asta da parte di NEWSTAR L.P; e regolare i rapporti giuridici tra i partecipanti all'asta (di seguito - le regole).

1) TERMINI L'asta di Internet. 
-Le parti comprendono l'asta su Internet come il progetto virtuale sul sito hashing24.com, per mezzo del quale ogni partecipante ha la possibilità di presentare un'offerta, ma non inferiore al prezzo di partenza, pur conoscendo le offerte presentate da altri partecipanti al Asta (di seguito, l'asta).

 Offerta: l'offerta del partecipante per l'acquisto del lotto.
 I tassi di offerta sono impostati in bitcoin.

Lotto - l'oggetto dell'offerta nell'asta.
 Il proprietario di Lot - è una persona che possiede e gestisce l'oggetto dell'offerta.

L'oggetto dell'offerta - i contratti di mining bitcoin acquistati sul sito hashing24.com L'organizzatore dell'asta Internet è NEWSTAR L.P. (di seguito, l'organizzatore). Sito Web - https://hashing24.com/

Il numero di offerta - è il numero identificativo univoco del partecipante all'asta.

 Il partecipante all'asta - un individuo legalmente competente, che ha rapporti contrattuali con l'organizzatore e ha l'intenzione di vendere o acquistare l'oggetto dell'offerta all'asta.

 Venditore - un partecipante all'asta, che ha rapporti contrattuali con l'organizzatore e offre l'oggetto di offerta in vendita all'asta.

 Acquirente - un partecipante all'asta, che ha rapporti contrattuali con l'organizzatore e ha intenzione di acquistare l'oggetto dell'offerta all'asta.

 Prezzo di partenza - il prezzo iniziale del lotto, da cui inizia l'asta per questo lotto.

Il prezzo corrente (l'offerta) Il prezzo del partecipante per il lotto. Le offerte all'asta sono impostate in Bitcoin.

La migliore offerta - l'offerta più alta tra tutti i partecipanti all'asta.

Incremento di offerta - è l'intervallo indicato per il quale un partecipante all'asta può aumentare l'offerta. (1 incremento - 0,001 BTC).

Prezzo di vendita - il prezzo che l'acquirente paga in ultima analisi per il lotto acquistato la migliore offerta dell'acquirente.

 Offerente vincente - un partecipante attivo all'asta, che ha vinto l'offerta in conformità con le regole del presente.

2) TERMINI GENERALI 

 Le regole qui stabilite stabiliscono la procedura per la conduzione dell'asta e sono vincolanti per tutti i partecipanti Con l'aiuto del sito Web, l'organizzatore dell'asta fornisce ai partecipanti all'asta l'accesso a ricevere informazioni sui lotti ai fini di un ulteriore possibile acquisto e vendita del lotto.

 I partecipanti all'asta sono il venditore e l'acquirente.

 La lingua ufficiale dell'asta e tutti i documenti di accompagnamento è l'inglese. 

 La valuta della vendita viene scelta dal venditore dall'elenco di valute disponibili.

 Il prezzo per il lotto presentato (prezzo iniziale) è indicato dal venditore

Commissione organizzatore - un pagamento dal venditore all'organizzatore dell'asta per organizzare e detenere l'asta per la vendita del lotto, che è determinata come percentuale del prezzo d'asta del lotto.


3) L'ORGANIZZATORE DELL'ASTA L'organizzatore dell'asta è il "NEWSTAR L.P."


4)  METODO DI ADOZIONE DEL REGOLAMENTO

L'accettazione di queste regole come generalmente vincolanti avviene sul sito web nel modo e alle condizioni stabilite da queste regole.

Il momento in cui l'utente fa clic sul pulsante "Invia", situato nella parte inferiore di questa pagina, è considerato il momento in cui le regole entrano in vigore.

 Il cliente ha la possibilità di partecipare all'asta se ha verificato l'account e ha / ha avuto contratti attivi per bitcoin mining per l'importo totale di 500 USD (equivalente in EUR, BTC in base al tasso di cambio interno hashing24.com) o Di Più.

Le modifiche e / o le aggiunte alle regole attuali vengono apportate inserendo le modifiche pertinenti, le aggiunte o la nuova edizione delle regole sul sito web dell'organizzatore dell'asta.

Modifiche, aggiunte o nuova edizione di queste regole entrano in vigore dalla data del loro inserimento sul sito web da parte dell'organizzatore dell'asta.

 Il consenso dell'utente alle modifiche, alle aggiunte o alla nuova edizione delle regole introdotte nelle regole è confermato dall'ulteriore utilizzo dei servizi dell'organizzatore dell'asta e della permanenza dell'utente sul sito web.

5) PROCEDURA PER LO SVOLGIMENTO DELL'ASTA

L'asta si svolge in forma elettronica on-line sul sito web.

 L'obiettivo principale della partecipazione all'asta è l'acquisto / vendita degli oggetti di offerta, rappresentati come lotti.

 Il diritto di richiedere la partecipazione all'asta ha individui che soddisfano i requisiti delle clausole 1.9 e 4.2 delle Regole.

 L'aumento del prezzo viene effettuato in un incremento di offerta secondo la clausola 1.15 del Regolamento.

 La data e l'ora della chiusura dell'asta per ogni lotto sono determinate dal venditore dell'asta in modo indipendente.

 Un'asta per ogni lotto è considerata completata se il tempo dell'asta scade.

6) REGOLE DI ACQUISTO

L'offerta non può essere uguale all'offerta precedente per questo lotto

. Qualsiasi partecipante all'asta ha il diritto di fare offerte su più lotti se ha fondi sufficienti sul saldo.

 L'offerente (acquirente) non può annullare la sua offerta, l'offerta può essere aumentata.

 L'importo dell'offerta è congelato sul saldo dell'acquirente (acquirente) fino alla fine dell'asta.

 Dopo l'annuncio dei risultati dell'asta, nel caso in cui l'offerta fosse la migliore offerta e vinta nell'asta, l'importo di questa offerta viene detratto dal saldo immediatamente, se l'offerta non ha vinto nell'asta - l'importo dell'offerta viene non congelato sulla bilancia.

7) REGOLE DI VENDITA

  Il periodo d'asta per ogni lotto è determinato dal venditore: da 1 a 7 giorni.

 Il venditore determina autonomamente il prezzo di partenza per il lotto in BTC.

 Il venditore può annullare la vendita del lotto solo nel caso in cui non siano state fatte offerte fino al momento della cancellazione, in altri casi la cancellazione del lotto è impossibile.

 L'organizzatore dell'asta riscuote una commissione dal venditore per l'organizzazione e il mantenimento dell'asta.
 Per ogni lotto, la commissione è pari al 20% del prezzo di vendita e viene presa dall'organizzatore al momento del ricevimento da parte del venditore del pagamento per ogni lotto venduto.

 Dopo la conclusione di un'asta, il venditore riceve un pagamento immediato per il suo lotto nella valuta indicata prima della vendita in base alla clausola 6.4., Meno la commissione dell'organizzatore secondo la clausola 7.4.

 Annullamento automatico alla fine dell'asta e in caso di nessuna offerta.

8) VINCENTE UN'ASTA

Dopo la fine dell'asta, il vincitore dell'asta che ha fatto l'offerta migliore, (se 2 o più partecipanti hanno offerto il prezzo più alto, quindi vince sempre colui che ha presentato la sua offerta per primo) viene inviata una notifica sulla vincita.

9) ANNUNCIO DEI RISULTATI 

 Tutti i partecipanti all'asta ricevono una notifica con i risultati visualizzati sul lotto:

 La migliore offerta;

 Il numero di offerta;

10) SMALTIMENTO PAGAMENTO / LOTTO 

  Il pagamento per il lotto viene effettuato automaticamente deducendo l'importo congelato dal saldo del vincitore dell'asta immediatamente dopo l'annuncio dei risultati

. Il pagamento effettuato dall'acquirente è uguale all'importo del prezzo di vendita.

 Dopo l'annuncio dei risultati dell'asta per il lotto e il calcolo del patto finanziario tra il vincitore dell'asta, il venditore e l'organizzatore dell'asta, viene effettuato il trasferimento dei diritti di utilizzo del lotto. 

Lo smaltimento del lotto viene effettuato lo stesso giorno dopo la chiusura dell'asta alle 00:00 UTC. 

 Il giorno successivo alla vendita del lotto, il venditore riceve l'utile minerario per il precedente (ultimo) giorno di data mining del suo contratto.

 Il lotto (contratto minerario) inizia a lavorare il giorno della sua dismissione al vincitore dell'asta alle 00:00 UTC. 

Il profitto per quel giorno minerario verrà accreditato il giorno successivo.
 I risultati dell'asta non sono oggetto di ricorso.  

La data e l'ora dell'offerta;
L'asta per il lotto viene dichiarata chiusa dopo l'annuncio dei risultati.
