After much internal discussion and outreach with many of you and potential customers, we have decided the new price of the CoolWallet S will be $99 USD from now on. The CoolWallet S is a breakthrough product. Instead of building yet another USB hardware wallet with very limited use cases, we produced a wallet that provides you with unmatched freedom and security. Indeed, many of our competitors have attempted to produce a mobile hardware wallet like ours, yet all of these projects have failed. It was too expensive and technical for them to execute. We forged ahead and built the CoolWallet S system with the most advanced cryptographic technology and hardware components in the world. We patented our own hardware design and secure element. Additionally, we strategically built our own native software to securely control user experience without relying on risky third-party app. All of this resulted a costly, but ultimately far more secure and user-friendly product for our users. When we first began the development of the second generation CoolWallet, we had only one rule: to produce the most secure and easy-to-use wallet for the industry at the lowest cost possible, with the most sustainable financial model possible. The economics of our rule allowed one price at that time: $189 for a single CoolWallet S. We knew this positioned us as the most expensive hardware wallet on the market. However, since the end of 2017 we have been making great strides to reduce our production costs. Today, I am proud to announce that we have lowered the costs of producing the CoolWallet S by almost half. We have been able to achieve lower costs by scale of economy and successfully upgraded our manufacturing capabilities by




 partnering with some of the biggest companies and projects in the blockchain industry, as well as reducing our customer acquisition cost by partnering with a few major cryptocurrency organizations. Despite these significant cost reductions, we want to assure you that we have not reduced the quality of the CoolWallet S in any way. The new developments I have just shared with you have given us the great opportunity to reduce the price of the CoolWallet S to $99. Our current success came from the support of the community, and now we are contributing back to the community by offering a more affordable price. The CoolWallet S is so far ahead of the competition, and now it will be affordable by even more customers. It benefits both us and every CoolWallet S customer to get as many new members as possible to the CoolWallet S community. CoolBitX is aggressively building a suite of multi-functional blockchain products to spur mass adoption. Our aim is to allow users to seamlessly move digital assets across a host of products most secure trading, storage, ID management, and much more. All this being said, we feel the necessity to take care of our early CoolWallet S adopters while we go after new ones with a lower price. Our early customers trusted us, and we must live up to that trust with our actions in moments like these.
